Birthday!
Ian Bradden McCarter (4lbs, 5oz, 15in) and Jeremy Benjamin McCarter (3lbs, 4oz, 14in) were delivered this morning via C-Section. They are doing well in the Cottage Hospital NICU! Congratulations to Brad and Megan! Praise God, everybody!
Friends: welcome to the McCarter twins' website. The boys arrived December 10 2004, a bit premature but very healthy. During pregnancy they were diagnosed with Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome(TTTS). TTTS is a disease of the placenta that affects identical twin pregnancies. It is now history to us except that our Identical boys are slightly less than identical in size for now. Please note that enteries are in reverse chronological order.

Congradulations Brad and Megan on the birth of Ian and Jeremy from your cousins in Missouri. Melissa called me from her work in Kansas City to tell me the news here at my Dad's. Be looking forward to more information.....so happy for you....Virginia
We are so happy for you guys!! Congratulations!! I know the NICU can be a daunting place, an emotional experience for any parent who has to endure seeing their child(ren) hooked up to tubes and needing so much special care, but don't lose hope. Your children are in excellent hands.
With love, Heather & Derek Poppink
Congratulations, McCarters (all four of you)! God is good and a miracle has been done. May God continue to bless your little guys and you both. Now you just have to buy a bus and get them to play instruments and you'll have your own family touring band.
Lots of love, Lianne and Jason Coulter
Super news! Mom (Donna Brown)has asked almost every day if we have heard any more via the Internet. We're anxious for more information, but I'm sure you're too busy admiring those young lads to think about posting. God has blessed you doubly.
